Its been a few weeks since I wrote an update on the OPD building progress. We've now finished all the stone work in the walls of the OPD (outpatient department) building at Green Pastures. As I write this the contractors are just finishing off the 'ring beam' that runs around the top of the wall. Once that is finished the roof trusses can go on and it will start to look like we're getting somewhere. Unfortunately the contractor lost a lot of time over the Dashai and Tehar festival holidays and is now several weeks behind schedule. This means that the building will be well away from being finished when we leave in mid December.
